This editorial is inspired by archive material from the late 90’s — a time when models, photographers, and teams were mainly compiled to only represent a small part of the whole community. BIPOC artists have been all too easily overlooked and don’t get the same credit as their white counterparts. The editorial is like a do-over, only this time inclusive and diverse. For this project, I asked only BIPOC (wo)men to be on the team with me.
